Our foreign department, located in Milan, was set up as a dedicated division to cater to the needs of all our foreign colleagues and clients in Italy, San Marino and across the European Union.

The attorneys of the Foreign Department are members of the main international IP Associations (INTA, ECTA, MARQUES, PTMG, FICPI, AIPPI, APAA) and they constantly attend the related conferences.

The foreign department is headed by Donatella Prandin, the trademark division is co-ordinated by Simone Verducci-Galletti, the patent division is presided over by Matteo Baroni (electronic patents), Cristina Biggi (Chemical-Biotech patents), Marco Sgobba(mechanical patents).
